摘要

In this paper we present the development of novel fluorescent and conjugatable monomers and termination agents for ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP). These small molecules allow for the preparation of a range of complex, functional amphiphilic polymers used in the development of labeled nanoparticles. Dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fluorescent lifetime were used to analyze the internal structure, morphology, critical micelle concentration (CMC), and aggregation number of these fluorogenic micellar nanoparticles.
