摘要

In aquaculture, the infectious diseases cause economic losses due to massive mortality rates. In order to try to solve this problem the use of prebiotic is investigated, some of these are known as immunostimulants. Numerous studies showed that P-glucan have stimulatory effects of immune systems in aquatic animals conferring protection against pathogenic diseases This work was conducted to determine the influences of dietary p-glucan 1,3/1,6 supplementation on antioxidant enzymes activities catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) after six weeks of feeding of L. peru and under a challenge with LPS.
