摘要

Binary composite oxide (ZrO_2-MgO) thin films have been prepared by electron-beam evaporation at different oxygen partial pressures. The effect of oxygen pressure on the optical properties and surface morphology of binary composite oxide thin films have been studied. The optical constants and thickness of the films have been derived by reverse synthesis of the transmission spectra obtained from spectrophotometer measurement and the surface morphology has been investigated using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM).
