The Application of Video Traffic-incident Detecting Technology in Highway Tunnel Safety Monitoring

Video traffic incident auto-detection technology is widely applied in intelligent traffic monitoring, especially in the tunnel traffic safety surveillance. In recent years, with the rapid construction of highway in the western, the tunnel project proportion is large, so it is very important of long tunnel, extra-long tunnel and tunnel group of traffic safety monitoring. Combined with the application demand of present highway tunnel safety surveillance, the development of video traffic incident detection technology was summarized and comprehensive application solution of highway tunnel safety surveillance was present based on video traffic incident detection system.
