Hot deformation behavior of Ti-17, Ti-6-2-4-2s, Ti-15-3, and Ti-6Al-4V alloys under a variety of hot upsetting conditions was studied by using a hot simulated method. The alloys samples were upset a in Gleeble-2000 simulator under a variety of deformation conditions, and typical deformation curves were constructed and the effects of true strain, strain rate, and deformation temperature on deformation resistance in the regime of dynamic recovery and recrystallization were analyzed. The isothermal compression temperature is in the range of 800 to 1050℃, with a 50℃ interval; the strain rate is 10~(-3), 10~(-2), 10~(-1), 1, 10, and 50s~(-1), and total true strain is 0.6-0.7.
