Take Pinus massoniana and Pinus sylvestris vat. mongolica as the material of experiment, Rapeseed Oil as the medium of conducting the treatment process of wood oil heat-to-charring wood. The results show that: in the initial heat treatment, the initial moisture content of wood should be less than 10%, then rise the temperature of HTF to about 100°C rapidly at the speed of 10-13 °C/h, then slowly increase to 130 °C at the speed of 3-5°C/h to process high temperature wood drying to dry wood to absolute dry. After that, rise the temperature to between 195-220°C at the speed of 12-16°C/h to deal with charring wood. The time of treatment is determined by the need of wood species, thickness and usage, for the general it is 2-4h. After the carbonization lumber size stable, does not have the dehiscence and the distortion occurrence.
