To realize the rapid and dynamic service composition problem caused by Internet of Things and cloud computing, a Pheromone-Heuristic Artificial Bee Colony algorithm (PABC) is proposed to achieve optimizing of web service instantiation. The pheromone is introduced in PABC to attract bees and modify their neighborhood search process so as to enhance communications all over the colony and accelerate the convergence under a good convergent accuracy. The simulation results show that PABC exhibited faster speed and better success rate than the improved genetic algorithm and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm
