The Satisfaction Research of College Counselors Based on SEM

摘要

In this paper, we have a test and analysis on survey data, and do empirical research using two statistical software SPSS and LISRE, finally we conduct satisfaction evaluation of college counselors in Structural Equation Model (SEM). Structural model of the potential path coefficients between variables and assumptions in line with the model the degree of overall fit better, the conclusions and suggestions based on research and analysis are given.
