Temporal analysis of textual information fluxes in which future values of satisfaction indices are predicted based on past flux values and past values of the satisfaction indices

System for temporal analysis of textual information fluxes (16) adapted for the extraction of satisfaction indices (20, 24, 26) relative to said data. The system comprises processing means (12) for automatic prediction of future values (20) of the satisfaction indices based on past values of the flux (26) and past values (26) of the satisfaction indices associated with the flux. An independent claim is made for a method for temporal analysis of textual information fluxes for extraction of satisfaction indices.
