Effect Evaluation Study of the Business Organizational Change

Thesis mainly gives out the evaluation index system for effect of corporate organizational change. First put forward five principles for the design of evaluation index system, and then based on former scholar's studies, point out effect evaluation index for organizational change, that is divided into two one-level indexes: structural indicators and relevance indicators, structural indicators can be analyzed to stakeholder satisfaction indicators and scale validity indicators etc, while relevance indicators can mainly been broken down into the organizational brittleness, quality, structure, operation and complexity of other two-level indicators, and use of data encompassing analysis, entropy theory giving out the calculation method for these indicators. The article concludes with the use the combination of the Delphi method and entropy weight for the determination of index weights.
