Research on Slotting Allowance Decision in the Two-echelon Supply Chain with Retailer-led

The size of slotting allowance has a direct relation to the success of the members' co-operation in a two-echelon supply chain. Suppose the slotting allowance being a return of manufacturer profits, the paper built up a distribution of profits and price decision-making model under two cases of the supply chain with one manufacturer to one retailer and two retailers, examined slotting allowance decision. In the two-echelon supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer, the paper gave up the size of slotting allowance. In the two-echelon supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and two retailers, the paper made a conclusion that manufacturer's wholesale price and size of slotting allowance have a direct proportion relationship.
