This paper describes the design and implementation of a stereoscopic three-dimensional display system for real time visualization and resolution of conflicts between aircraft in the context of Air Traffic Control. The system detects and provides the air traffic controller with visual information about conflicts and allows them to interactively resolve them. The system has been developed in collaboration with experts at the EUROCONTROL Experimental Centre for research and development in air traffic control and is currently undergoing evaluation.
