In this paper, a hydraulic hose impulse test bench has been developed. The impulse test of the same specification hydraulic hose has been carried out using the hydraulic hose impulse test bench and the test data have been collected. Based on Weibull distribution, the life expectancy and confidence interval of the specification hose are obtained by using Matlab to calculate the hose impulse test data. Finally, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of the hose impulse test data is performed using Kolmogorov test table, thus confirming the reliability of the test data. According to research, it is proposed that Weibull distribution can be used to analyze the life expectancy of the hose, thereby reducing the number of trials and energy consumption and protect the environment.
