Research Progress of Maxillary Anterior Teeth En Masse Retraction in Patients with Tooth Extraction

Tooth extraction is a common method for maxillary protrusion relief and facial contour improvement in orthodontic treatment. Anterior teeth overall adduction under maximum anchorage control is the key for incisor torque control and maxillary overbite control. It is also the key and difficult problem in tooth extraction. Overall adduction of anterior teeth by different arch wires under implant anchorage control is the research hotspot in recent years. Domestic and foreign research progress of upper anterior teeth overall adduction in recent years are described in the paper.
