Challenges and Prospects of Management of Quality of Educational Services in Russian Technical University

摘要

The paper provides a detailed analysis of the concept of "quality of educational services", discusses promising methods and techniques used to evaluate educational services, analyzes the impact of social and economic factors on the structure of education. The management of the quality of educational services is currently acquiring distinctive features and becomes a priority in the programs aimed to reform the system of higher technical education in Russia, since continuous improvement of its quality indicators in current conditions is the key to competitiveness of a university.
