This study included patients with the disease. This immunological disease was studied to observe the effect of age on certain immunological variables. Some parameters were used to achieve this study, are 1 WBC and differential count, Concentration of antibodies IgA, IgM, IgG and Concentration of complement proteins type C3 and C4 / mg / 100. The results showed an increase in antibodies IgA, IgM, IgG 226.18±5.44, 120.9±2.66, 1170.2 ±21 respectively in children under two years. There was an increase in complement proteins (C3, C4) compared with control.
