Accurately achieving nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace element ratio separately according to the amount required can provide optimum growth conditions for each stage of crop growth and increase the utilization rate of chemicalfertilizers. Thispaper developed a set of water andfertilizer precision proportioning system and an integrative water and fertilizer irrigation equipment. It used a combination offour-way fertilizers and waterways, and applied PLC as the core to control the DC governor.Real-time instructions were sent to adjust the pump speed, and the flow rate of the fertilizer was further controlled to achieve a water-fertility ratio. At the same time, the neural network PID was embedded in the control system to realize precise ratio of water and fertilizer, which improved the defects of traditional PID control. Through simulation and experiment, the system successfully achieved the precision ratio of individual fertilizers and got to stability rapidly. This method proposes a technical support for agricultural precision irrigation.
