China has a huge territory, so the conditions of various places of agricultural production and the way of irrigation and fertilization are much more different. Meanwhile, the level of agricultural technology in China is not greatly developed, so the utilization of water and fertilizer resources may be irrational, which results in a series of resource and environment issues. In order to increase the utilization rate of water andfertilizer, this paper proposes a method ofoperation ofprecise irrigationand fertilization based on local conditions. Database model was developed by the analysis of several kinds of information, such as crop growth information and positioning information. User Control Software for data interaction was designed. According tothe acquired data, the decision-making results of irrigation and fertilization were obtained based on local conditions. Combined with the motion information collected by the GPS mobile station, it provides the basis for precise fertilization control.
