摘要

According to the recent requirements of fast processing time in FPCB manufacturing, a drilling system with "on-the-fly" control scheme has been developed. Residual vibration by step motion of the laser head makes the stage's accuracy worse and the manufacturing's processing times longer because defects can be caused by the vibration. When accelerating or decelerating the laser head, the head and work-pieces on granite surface are vibrated each other by the reaction force between them.
