Design and Fabrication of Schiffman Phase Shifter for Ku-band Applications

摘要

This paper presents the design for Schiffman phase shifter and design equations for Ku-band applications are presented. The S-parameter of the proposed structure is calculated and verified by a fullwave simulation software, ADS. The results show that this structure has over 6 GHz bandwidth and good matching in Ku-band and it is a good candidate for using in phased array structure at the band of 12 to 18 GHz.
