Research of Social Organizations' Participation in AIDS Prevention and Control - Taking 'Organization L' as Example

By summarizing the experience and difficulties faced by L organization in AIDS prevention and control, and analyzing the causes of the dilemma. In order to promote the better participation of China's social organizations in AIDS prevention and control, the government should continuously optimize the development environment of the anti-AIDS social organizations; establish a diversified financial assistance channel. From the perspective of social organization, it is necessary to strengthen interaction and cooperation with the government; establish a multi-dimensional and orderly fund-raising channel; and strengthen human resources management within the organization.
