The embedded detection system (EDS) of the mining submersible electric pumps (MSEP), based on STM32 Single Chip Microcomputer (MCU), uses transformers and sensors to collect data about the voltage, current, temperature and water leakage of the MSEP. The collected data is amplified and input to the MCU through AD conversion finally. The process is realized through communicating with CAN bus, the detection signals (voltage, current, temperature, etc.) are sent to the computer terminal through the field bus to monitor the working state of the mine submersible electric pump in real time. It can be solve many problems of remote control, short circuit and closure, explosion-proof isolation etc. In this way, with embedded detection system of the MSEP, we can detect the voltage, current, temperature and other signals of the mine pump in real time as well as control the external circuit.
