This paper discusses the problem of unit installation and operation planning. The optimal allocation of active power load of power system is to meet the requirements of continuous power supply for a certain load, and to minimize the energy consumed during the production process. The energy consumption of the power plant is mainly fuel consumption. Therefore, in order to minimize the total coal consumption of the whole plant, select the load optimization allocation scheme, and then establish the non-condition according to the power consumption characteristic equation of each unit and the daily demand of electricity. The linear integer programming model then obtains the optimal load distribution for each unit of the existing system for the 12th and 24th hour on a typical day.
