The Method of Constructing Community Intelligence Education System with 'Community College' as the Core

Community colleges are a new type of higher education organization in the western countries against the background of the popularization of higher education after the Second World War. In recent years, community colleges in China have also grown from nothing to more and more. However, today, the knowledge economy has become the mainstream economic form of society, and lifelong learning has become the need of every member of society. In this context, traditional community colleges have failed to meet the needs. Only by repositioning the functions of community colleges and establishing a community intelligence education system centered on community colleges can be a shortcut to effectively build a learning society.
