The Significance of Study on Dialects Contact in Zhan-Mao Area in West Guangdong of China

摘要

As two local central cities, Zhanjiang and Maoming are in the west of Gnangdong, wherethere are various and different dialects, mainly including Cantonese, Min dialect and Hakka. And in many areas there people communicate in bi-dialects or multi-dialects in a mixed way, typically representing the local dialects contact situation.
