Most of audio players on the market use the hardware filter or DSP chip to process spectrum, the use of the techniques on the one hand requires high hardware costs, on the other hand, software and hardware implementations is more complex. In order to overcome the shortcomings, a spectrum display using fast Fu Liye transform (FFT) algorithm is designed.
