Priorities of Using the New Information and Communication Technologies in Modern Economy

摘要

In the conditions of modern development, an important issue is implementation of the new information and communication technologies into modern economy. At that, priority of the directions of implementation and the technologies is an important and topical task for formation of a new paradigm of economic development. The following methods are used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and logical, abstraction and formalization, and comparison. The scientific novelty of the work consists in studying the issue of priority of using the new modern technologies from the positions of significance of technologies as innovational tools and spheres of economy that occupy the leading positions due to implementation of these technologies into the main sectorial directions. This research could be useful for state and municipal officers who deal with economic development of territories and for the scholars who pay attention to this topic.
