Methods of Application of Intellectual Technologies of Decision Support for Maximizing Economic Effectiveness of Regional Economy in the Conditions of Its Sustainable Development

The purpose of the article is to determine the perspective methods of application of intellectual technologies of decision support for reducing the role of "human factor" in the interests of maximizing economic effectiveness of regional economy under the condition of its sustainable development. The authors use the method of regression and correlation analysis for describing dependence between economic effectiveness of regional economy and sustainability of its development in modern Russia. The authors formulate and describe the optimization task of managing a modern region's economy and offer the stages and methods of application of intellectual technologies of decision support for maximizing economic effectiveness of regional economy under the condition of its sustainable development. As a result, the authors come to the conclusion that the main reason for low economic effectiveness and instability of development of modern Russia's regional economy lies not so much in difference and provision with resources as in irrational management due to the influence of "human factor". For solving this problem, a perspective algorithm if implementation of intellectual technologies of decision support into the process of region's economy management is offered.
