Li_(5.76)La3Zr_(1.59)W_(0.35)Y_(0.06)Al_(0.2)O_(12) (W, Y, Al-LLZO) solid electrolyte was prepared by the solid-state reaction method. Effect of calcining temperature (T) on the crystal structure, morphology, relative density and shrinkage, total ionic conductivity of the prepared solid electrolyte were studied, respectively. Suitable T can stabilize cubic phase W, Y, Al-LLZO at room temperature, accelerate densification and improve the ionic conductivity respectively. The high total ionic conductivity of 2.31 × 10~(-4) S·cm~(-1) at 25 °C is achieved in W, Y, Al-LLZO solid electrolyte calcined at 900 °C for 6 h.
