The paper proposes a method of numerical study of heat exchange and temperature fields of self-lubricating cooled turbocharger bearing, the cooling system of which is implemented by the type of "water jacket" on the basis of ANSYS CFX package. To verify the heat exchange in the cooling channel of the bearing, an experimental stand was developed and tests were carried out. The results obtained by numerical and experimental methods have a good correspondence, which confirms the possibility of using the numerical method for solving engineering problems associated with the design of the cooling system of such a bearing.
