Development of a mathematical model and computer simulation of web transportation systems

摘要

A mathematical model of the web transportation system of a plastic film production line is developed. Its numerical solution using MATLAB Simulating is performed. Consistently installed web carrying cylinders are shown to filter the oscillations of the input film tension. Oscillation filtering of the input tension is more effective with the increase in the web path between web transportation elements.
