摘要

High-quality control of heating crude oil process with a high degree of accuracy is an urgent and widespread task today. The control object is non-linear, which greatly complicates the effective use of traditional linear control systems without a deep analysis of its mathematical model. The article presents the developed structure of a real crude oil heating unit model, analytical expressions and the Simulink model. The analytical study results of the mathematical model parameters dependences of the object when changing the crude oil properties, as a parametric disturbance on the process, are presented in the framework established by the regulation.
