In order to study the influence of various parameters of corn stripping mechanism on ear snapping performance, the performance test of the corn stripping mechanism was carried out. The test was carried out on the self-made test bench with the influence factors of the rotational speed, the radius of the stripping bars and the clearance of the stripping bars, and the grain damage rate and the grain loss rate were the test indexes. The test scheme is designed by general revolving combination. The mathematical model of the influence of rotational speed, stripping bars radius and stripping bars clearance on grain damage rate and grain loss rate is established respectively by linear regression analysis. The rotational speed has a significant effect on thegrain damage rate and grain loss rate, and the radius of the stripping bars and the clearance of the stripping bars have no significant influence on the above two indexes. Analysis software was used to optimize the working parameters of the corn stripping mechanism, the optimum parameters of the mechanism were that the rational speed was 122.2 r/min, the radius of the stripping bars was 447.3mm, and the clearance of the stripping bars was 37.57mm, the grain damage rate was 0.025%, and the grain loss rate was 0.05%. This paper provides a reference for the design and parameter optimization of no-row com harvester in China.
