摘要

The Constitution guarantees every person the right to an environment that is not harmful to their Security. But recently our daily life society it is other story. To reduce the incidence of security accidents, however, little attention has been paid to issue warning for violence and barbarism that dominate in our daily life, lack of security everywhere in environment. In this paper, we focus on a recommendation system emergency device app based on mobile application development is proposed for helping user in emergency situation. This app is simple to use when user automatically make a click on the application icon and call declaring an emergency service central if a user activates it. The device automatically transmits its current position, derived from one GPS or another, through a alarm voice. This app will reduce definitely the crime, the damage caused by the crime and helps considerable an economic gain. Technology application system and design or an approach implementation app to prevent security by reported criminals. And be arrested by Police sector, focusing on scalable, automatic with little. It should be modified at the unit level and UML model for design. The component model of this app is given by UML model which composed of Class-Sequence and Use Case diagrams. Experimental results on a real goods user interface show that our algorithm can achieve high accuracy in recommending similar goods de sign with high speed.
