Design of a 4 GHz-Based Miniaturized LO Frequency Multiplier Module

摘要

A 4 GHz-based miniaturized LO frequency multiplier module is presented in this paper. Frequency multiplier is selected properly to realize miniaturization demand and power index. In order to satisfy miniaturization requirement of program, compact filters using capacitance-loaded of various frequency bands are designed accurately. Through reasonable structure layout design, a miniaturized module with excellent harmonic wave and clutter characteristic is designed successfully.
