摘要

A real-time video low-pass filter processing system is designed and implemented in this paper through VHDL language programming, applying Altera Cyclonelll series FPGA as the main control chip. The changes in display quality of video signals of different bandwidths can be observed on the monitor by changing the bandwidths of the input video signals through low-pass filtering.
