In this project, a CMOS citric acid concentration transducer for detecting fruit citric acid concentration in fruit farms is recently proposed. Fabricated in the TSMC D35 2P4M CMOS technology with 3.0 V supply, the proposed citric acid concentration transducer has been checked in the performance simulations by SPICE and MATLAB programs to prove all the functions are work correctly. The chip size is 1.12 × 2.054 mm2. The proposed chip has a general-purpose which could be used to detect many kinds of fruits citric acid concentration.
