Techniques of Educating Specialists to Train Cosmonauts for the Space Flight Program Implementation

The paper considers peculiarities of cosmonauts' professional activities and their training for space flight program implementation. It is expected that improving the quality of training of astronauts can be obtained as a result of the improvement of concepts and methodologies of the formation of the professional level of cosmonaut training specialists (CTS). This article analyzes the features of learning CTS and their tasks in the course of its activities. It also presents basic techniques to form a professional-pedagogical image of CTS and shows the logical relationship between educational system and control over it as well as requirements for professional competence of CTS and management of their activities.
