摘要

In modern days, the pH level maintaining the process solution present in the cylindrical tank is an essential factor in paper and chemical industries. The main thing is to keep, the pH value of the solution in the neutral range, proper controlled mixing of acid and base solutions is needed. So in this paper, such a control problem has been addressed using the conventional PID controller with different tuning methods along with advanced controllers like Fractional Order PID controller (FOPID), Neural controller and Internal Model Controller (IMC). In addition to that, the FOPID controller with different tuning methods has implemented for pH level control. The system performance has analyzed with the help of MATLAB simulation. By comparing the responses of different controllers, the suitable controller has adopted for maintaining the pH level.
