摘要

Taobao is the strongest e-commerce enterprise in China. Taobao has been developing rapidly in recent years. Taobao net sales in 2015 exceeded 3 trillion, accounting for 80% of China's e-commerce transactions. At present, Taobao is developing very well, however, a large number of e-commerce enterprises, such as Jingdong and Suning, also had a certain impact on Taobao. Coupled with the current development of Taobao is not perfect, Taobao still has many problems to be solved. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the existing problems in the development process of Taobao, and puts forward the corresponding counter measures to these problems, in order to promote the healthy development of Taobao.
