Current colleges and universities are faced with the challenge of cultivating innovative talents with the concept of "rule of law". The management of student work in colleges and universities can be based on the characteristics of running a university, and can be used to refine management guidelines; promote the construction of management teams, improve the work methods of the rule of law, and manage education services.
