The utilization of sustainable power source as a source and sink to enhance the warm states of assembled condition and henceforth diminishing the utilization of ordinary vitality is an essential viewpoint to outline an appropriate building. To do as such, the Heat exchanger for earth to air must be outline. The earth temperature about 2-3 m depth is constant throughout the year. This consistent temperature is called earth's undisturbed temperature. This undisturbed temperature is lower than the climatic temperature in summer and this undisturbed temperature is more prominent than barometrical temperature in winter season. Fore powerful use of warmth limit of ground temperature the outline of earth air burrow warm exchanger. An investigation state and verifiable model in view of computational liquid elements has been produced to anticipate the warm execution and cooling limit of earth air burrow warm exchanger frameworks. The model was produced inside the FLUENT reproduction program. The model created has been approved to exploratory setup. A thermal model was developed to analyze thermal energy accumulated in soil/ground for the purpose of room cooling/heating of buildings. In this work CFD model EATHE has been used for analysis in cooling mode using ANSYS Fluent. The EATHE model consists of 20 m length of PVC pipe. The diameter of pipe is 0.1m and thickness of PVC pipes is 0.002m and velocities of air 2 m/s.
