In this paper, we reveal tunable broadband reflective filtering property in graphene-dielectric multilayers using transfer matrix method and effective medium theory. A dramatic reflectance change from near-zero value to close-to-unit is shown to be achievable with its spectral band widely tunable from 3.5 μm to 21 μm by changing graphene Fermi energy. Our proposed muftilayered graphene-dielectric metamaterial has great potential for developing tunable infrared filters and switches.
