Microstructure in L-PBF different from cast or wrought 17-4PH. Powder Microstructure affects the Microstructure of printed part. Possible to control microstructure by tweaking composition. Microstructure and properties of 17-4PH could be improved by modification of post heat treatment. Possible to attain comparable properties with WA powders with proper build parameters and heat treatment.
