Reporting Quality and Risk of Bias in Veterinary Clinical Trials

Evidence-based medicine (EBM) is a set of principles and techniques intended to improve the quality of patient care through the explicit integration of scientific research evidence into clinical decision making. A fundamental assumption underlying this approach is that properly designed and conducted scientific research can identify the true effects of medical interventions more accurately than clinical experience and trial-and-error.
