We know that the majority of acupuncture meridians correlate with both loose and dense connective tissue fascia, and we know that fascia is made up of what biophysicists are starting to call a liquid collagen matrix made up of both water and collagen. We just reviewed some very interesting facts about water structure, but now let's look at how research exploring how collagen and water function together - the Yang of acupuncture, so to speak.
