The present invention relates to an acupuncture method varying depths at connecting points of three yang meridians of the hand for adjusting neurotransmitter expression, and more specifically, to an acupuncture method varying depths at a connecting point of three yang meridians of the hand which comprises: a step of anesthetizing a target animal for acupuncture; a step of insert needles on connecting points of three yang meridians of the hand of the anesthetized animal; and a step of maintaining the inserted state of the needles on the connecting points of the three yang meridians of the hand for a predetermined time, wherein the connecting points of three yang meridians of the hand are Pyun-ryuk of Suyangmyeong Daejanggyeong, Ji-jeong of Sutaeyang Sojanggyeong, and Oe-gwan of Susoyang Samchogyeong.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
