摘要

In this paper, the structure analysis and optimization for gantry beam of guideway grinder are studied. By using 3D modeling software, the 3D model of gantry beam is established. Then, the gantry beam is analyzed by finite element software. Thus, the change rule of stresses and displacements are obtained. Next, the optimization design for the gantry beam structure is considered and the optimization scheme is proposed. The results show that the maximum stress and displacement of gantry beam for the optimization scheme are clearly decreased. The results verify the rationality and reliability of the optimization design and have certain directive significance to improve the machining accuracy and performance of the grinding machine.
