摘要

The air spring rubber capsule rupture of straddle-type monorail vehicle model was established. Analysis on the safety and vehicle system with air spring failure, focusing on the overturning stability coefficient and horizontal wheel's radial force and rolling angle. Analysis result shows that vehicle driving safety become worse than the former with failure of air spring, and guide wheels appear derailment phenomenon, affecting the safety of vehicle. In addition, when the vehicle speed reaches 43km/h, the stability of the vehicle with different air spring failure condition become poor, and it is necessary to reduce the speed of the vehicle.
