摘要

The key problem for flange-forming of tee pipe is how to design the prefabricated hole. In order to establish accurate prefabricated hole, the optimization design model for prefabricated hole of the tee pipe flange-forming was established, with variable metric method as optimization design method. The initial value of optimization design variable was obtained by solving the mathematical model. The objective function was solved by the results of finite element simulation. In order to verify the accuracy of the optimized design, the results of optimized design was used to process experiment.
